Overview

Overview 2

Results

As a result, we reduced the number of clicks to reach product content from 6-8 down to just 2-3, helping TMHTH close sales through quotation requests.

The only success metric we have comes directly from TMHTH's feedback.

Problem 1

Problems

The complex product tiers make browsing difficult, as shown in the existing site where it takes 6-8 clicks to find a product. For example, to find an engine forklift, you have to choose between electric or gasoline, then the power source, and finally the series, before reaching the desired model.

Solution

Solution and Approach

We simplified the complex product tiers using the Card Sorting method, grouping them for easier navigation. We then applied UX design with a top bar and product cards for clarity. On the backend, we redesigned the admin panel for simplicity and better data management through contextual design

Design Token and Components

We applied a primitive token system for colors, created text styles for consistency, and built components for use across the site.
